Ingredients

  • 450 g 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella optional, for extra melt
  • ½ cup chopped pickles
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato diced

Sauce (optional but recommended):

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

How To Make Cheeseburger Wraps Recipe

  1. Cook the beef:
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking up the meat, until fully browned
  3. Season:
  4. Sprinkle in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and remove from heat.
  5. Make the sauce (optional):
  6. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until smooth.
  7. Assemble the wraps:
  8. Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a spoonful of sauce in the center. Add a portion of the cooked beef, shredded cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tomato.
  9. Wrap it up:
  10. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
  11. Toast (optional):
  12. Place wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.
