- 450 g 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella optional, for extra melt
- ½ cup chopped pickles
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato diced
Sauce (optional but recommended):
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
How To Make Cheeseburger Wraps Recipe
- Cook the beef:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking up the meat, until fully browned
- Season:
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and remove from heat.
- Make the sauce (optional):
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until smooth.
- Assemble the wraps:
- Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a spoonful of sauce in the center. Add a portion of the cooked beef, shredded cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tomato.
- Wrap it up:
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
- Toast (optional):
- Place wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.
