Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls are a soft, sweet pastry filled with creamy cheesecake and juicy blueberries, then rolled up and baked (or fried) until golden. They combine the rich flavor of classic cheesecake with the comforting texture of a cinnamon roll — making them perfect for dessert, brunch, or a sweet snack.

Ingredients
- Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat), softened: 3 oz
- Vanilla Extract: ½ teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar: 2 ½ tablespoons
- Crescent Roll Dough (reduced fat), 8 oz tube (8 rolls)
- Fresh Blueberries: 2/3 cup
How To Make Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls
- Start by preheating your oven to 375°F.
- Mix the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a bowl using an electric mixer until it’s smooth and well-combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough, separating it into 8 triangles along the seams. Take a triangle, laying it with the shorter side facing you and the point away.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom third of each dough triangle, then line two rows of blueberries on top.
- Roll the dough from the edge nearest you to the opposite tip, enclosing the blueberry and cream cheese filling.
- Place each roll on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes, until golden brown.
