For Assembly

  • 9 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
  • 8 oz 225g sliced deli ham
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for topping

How To Make Chicken Cordon Bleu Lasagna

  1. Prepare the Oven
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Make the Cream Sauce
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Whisk in flour and cook for about 1 minute until lightly golden.
  7. Gradually pour in warm milk while whisking constantly.
  8. Simmer until thickened (about 3–5 minutes).
  9. Stir in salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  10. Cook until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat.
