I tweaked my Mom’s Famous Cream Puffs recipe to make it even better. I would never have imagined it was possible, but once again, I was mistaken! Cream puffs are a puffy and creamy dessert that is almost too sweet. This dough is identical to the one used in our Eclair recipe. When you need a quick and relatively simple recipe that will feed a crowd, this is the recipe to use. I was able to make 16 cream puffs with this recipe.
