- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray
How To Make Baked Potato Balls
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix potatoes, cheese, chives, bacon, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form into golf ball-sized rounds.
