How To Make Creamy pasta dish

  1. Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta cooking water before draining.
  2. In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour heavy cream into the pan and bring it to a gentle simmer. Let the cream reduce slightly to thicken the sauce.
