๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients:

  • 4ย chicken breasts, boneless and skinless.
  • 2 tablespoonsย olive oil.
  • 3ย garlic cloves, minced.
  • 2 cupsย chicken broth.
  • 1 cupย heavy cream.
  • 8 ouncesย egg noodles.
  • 3 tablespoonsย butter.
  • 1/4 cupย Parmesan cheese, grated.
  • To taste:ย Salt and pepper.
  • For garnish:ย Fresh parsley.

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook 5-6 minutes per side until golden.
  2. In same pan, cook garlic until fragrant. Add broth and cream, bring to simmer.
  3. Add egg noodles to simmering liquid. Cover and cook 8-10 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in butter and Parmesan until melted. Return chicken to pan to warm through. Garnish with parsley.
