Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned and no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Drain off any extra grease, then place the cooked beef into the slow cooker.
Add the brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth to the slow cooker.
Stir everything together until the beef is evenly coated and the gravy mixture looks smooth and well combined.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
Stir the gravy well before serving so the sauce is creamy and evenly mixed.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, biscuits, toast, or egg noodles.
Notes
For the best flavor and texture, brown and drain the ground beef before adding it to the slow cooker.
