These Beef Garlic Bread Bites are crispy, cheesy, and loaded with savory ground beef on buttery garlic bread. They make an easy 4-ingredient appetizer, snack, or party bite that comes together fast.
1loaf garlic breadabout 12 oz / 340 g, sliced into bite-sized pieces
1lb/ 450 g ground beef
1cup/ 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
2tablespoonschopped fresh parsleyoptional for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks, until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Arrange the garlic bread pieces on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Spoon a small amount of cooked beef onto each garlic bread piece.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is lightly crisp.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Serve warm as an appetizer, snack, or party bite.
Notes
For the crispiest bites, avoid overloading the garlic bread with too much beef. A small spoonful on each piece keeps the bread sturdy and helps the cheese melt evenly.
