Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups Chopped turkey meat cooked, white or dark meat
  • 3 Cups Mashed potatoes chilled
  • 3 Cups Stuffing or dressing chilled
  • Panko breadcrumbs as needed, if the mixture is too wet
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Leftover gravy warmed, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped turkey meat, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix the ingredients until they are thoroughly combined.
  • Adjust Consistency: Test the mixture by forming a small ball. If it is too wet or refuses to hold its shape, add Panko breadcrumbs a few tablespoons at a time until the mixture reaches a firm, moldable consistency.
  • Form Balls: Using your hands or a cookie scoop, roll the mixture into evenly sized balls. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving an inch or two of space between each.
  • Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are heated completely through and the outsides are a beautiful, crispy golden brown.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Pour warm gravy directly over the top or serve it on the side for dipping.
