Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped turkey meat, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix the ingredients until they are thoroughly combined.
Adjust Consistency: Test the mixture by forming a small ball. If it is too wet or refuses to hold its shape, add Panko breadcrumbs a few tablespoons at a time until the mixture reaches a firm, moldable consistency.
Form Balls: Using your hands or a cookie scoop, roll the mixture into evenly sized balls. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving an inch or two of space between each.
Bake: Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are heated completely through and the outsides are a beautiful, crispy golden brown.
Serve: Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Pour warm gravy directly over the top or serve it on the side for dipping.
