Instructions
Heat the oven to 375°F and cover a baking sheet with foil to make cleanup easier.
Place the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks.
Drain away any extra grease from the cooked beef.
Set the split mini bagels on the prepared baking sheet with the cut sides facing up.
Add a spoonful of cooked beef to each bagel half, spreading it evenly over the surface.
Place a piece of provolone cheese on top of each beef-covered bagel.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the bagel edges are lightly toasted.
Serve warm while the cheese is soft and gooey.
Notes
For the best texture, drain the beef well before adding it to the bagels so the bottoms stay crisp instead of greasy.
