  • 2 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 lb beets, Cc
  • ½ c vinegar, White
  • ¾ c water, Hot
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Mix together the water mixture and the vinegar.
  • Slice the beets into pieces, and add to a jar.
  • Pour the liquid mixture over the beets.
